Fulufhelo Premium Solutions is a newly formed majority African owned company specialising in client solutions with a special focus on call centre and ultimately integrated digital solutions. It’s founded on strong values supported by the rich experience, passion, and commitment of its determined owners. Our immediate goal (current up to 12 months) is to establish a call centre in Limpopo. This involves establishing 3 Call Center hubs in the Limpopo province employing 300 people (agents and associated staff) and hosting 60 learnerships by December 2024.

Objectives
To establish three (3) world class Call Centre hubs in the province of Limpopo employing three hundred (300) people (agents and associated staff) and hosting sixty (60) learnerships by December 2024 To initiate and scale up a- state-of-the-art training facility which will be having symbiotic relationship with the Call Centre. The training centre will serve as the institutional training environment serving the needs of Hola Call Centre and as part of its organic growth to serve other clients.
We intend to be a significant player in the digital connectivity sector by starting and scaling up a competitive Internet Service Provider enterprise which is strategically robust, commercially sound, and operationally agile by December 2022. We will partner with VOX with the objective of leveraging their infrastructure, national footprint, and proven market position. In our quest to be an integrated digital solutions one stop shop, we aim to create a seamless and efficient business which scalable, agile, and responsive to client needs.
